Under Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”) (Official Journal of the EU L119/1), we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Ondemand Apps OÜ, a company incorporated and acting under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, registered address is 10145, Estonia, Tallinn, Tornimäe 7-36, reg. number 14521027  email: hi@onde.app. (“Company”).

  2. Your personal data, to the extent indicated in the provisions of the relevant law, may be processed and stored  for the following purpose(s):

  3. conclusion of an employment contract with the Company, i.e. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (for a period no longer than the moment of revocation or the conclusion and execution of such agreement) 

  4. for the purpose of conducting recruitment (until the end of recruitment)

  5. entering into any contract (for a period no longer than the moment of revocation or the conclusion and execution of such agreement)

  6. compliance with legal obligations incumbent on the Company (art.6(1)(c) GDPR)

  7. in connection with the Company's legitimate interest in establishing, asserting, and defending potential claims art.6(1)(f) GDPR.

  8. In the absence of such necessity, the Company does not have a designated Data Protection Officer, however, in any matter concerning personal data, you may contact us at the address shown in para. 1 above.

  9. In certain situations, the Company has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if necessary, for the proper implementation of the purposes of the processing. Personal data may be disclosed to persons authorized by the Company, to entities providing services to the Company, including technical and organizational services, e-mail services, and other entities/persons/authorities to the extent and in accordance with the provisions of law.

  10. Your personal data may be transferred to third countries - outside the EU/EEA zone, but not to international organizations. 

  11. You have the right to request from the Company access to personal data concerning you, to correct, amend, delete, limit processing and transfer of data, to object to its processing  and revocation of the consent at any time via email.

  12. You have the right to file a complaint against the Company's actions with the relevant data protection authority.

  13. Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of processing (p.2)

  14. Automated decision-making, including profiling, will not be undertaken in relation to you.
